LeadLoop is a planned CRM and lead-management application for small teams that have outgrown spreadsheets but do not need an enterprise CRM.

Problem & solution

The problem

Small businesses often track enquiries across inboxes and spreadsheets, so follow-ups are missed and nobody has a clear view of the pipeline.

Proposed solution

A focused web app with a visual pipeline, a timeline of activity for every lead, and reminders so that follow-ups are never forgotten.
